Richard Fricks

"Richard Fricks" resides in Garland and is married to Jennie. They have four children and seven grandchildren. Richard has been very active in community service having served four years as City Councilman for the City of Garland and on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Lucas. Richard and his wife Jennie were foster parents for 10 years and adopted one of them, Joy who is now 13 years old. They are active members of Canyon Creek Baptist Church in Richardson and have taught Sunday school there for more than 15 years. Richard´s interest in real estate has led him to be active with the Lake Cities Association of Realtors of which he has served on the Board of Directors and is currently serving as President.  He is also serving as a Board Member for the Collin County Association of REALTORS. From January 2007 to October of 2009 he managed the Keller Williams office in Garland, managing as many as 75 agents. In October 2009 he resumed his career in full time real estate, leveraging his management and training to providing a high level of service and professionalism to his clients. Richard earned his Broker’s license in June of 2010.
